The Woodlands Community Magazine is The OFFICIAL publication of The Woodlands Community Associations and is Direct Mailed monthly to all homeowners and businesses in The Woodlands, Texas. With an ever expanding circulation (currently over 34,200 - Sept. 2009), the mailing list is updated monthly with new residences and businesses and copies are also delivered to The Homefinder Center, the Chamber of Commerce and The Woodlands Community Association offices, as well as to all advertisers.

 
The Woodlands Community Magazine is also available ONLINE via The Woodlands Community Association website at: thewoodlandsassociations.org. This interactive and fully searchable version of the print magazine also affords advertisers the ability to link Audio & Video files to their ad copy, thus enhancing the reader experience and the draw to their message.

 

Business Summary

The Woodlands Community Magazine has been published by Champions Printing and Publishing, Inc. since 1997. Through this special partnership with the Community Associations, the magazine is provided free of charge to Woodlands residents who are members of one of the Community Associations of The Woodlands. The magazine focuses on information provided by the Community Associations, including current events, parks and recreation, recycling and trash pickup, neighborhood swimming pool schedules, neighborhood services, association activities, and increasingly, governance information related to the upcoming transition of the Community Associations to The Woodlands Township.

 
The Woodlands Community Magazine is a past recipient of the Communicator Award of Distinction and the Bronze Quill Award of Merit from the Houston Chapter of the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC). It has been consistently rated by residents as one of the best sources of community information in The Woodlands and has a high readership rate. Conducted by an independent research firm, the most recent Woodlands resident survey reported that 95 percent of residents responded that they receive The Woodlands Community Magazine, and of those respondents, 92 percent reported that they read some, most or the entire magazine.
